The strength of a case may depend greatly on preliminary evidentiary or factual issues. Our pre-trial services, including Motions to Suppress Evidence and Motions to Quash Bill of Information and/or Indictment, ensure an aggressive defense from the outset of your case, increasing the likelihood of quick disposition.
Even if your case has progressed past the conviction phase in the trial court, we are here to defend you at sentencing, on appeal, and even at the post-conviction relief stage. From start to finish, our office is dedicated to effectively defending you in any court at any stage of the proceedings.
Writs & Appeals
Louisiana Courts of Appeal are vested with the authority to review pre-trial rulings of lower courts. An application for writ of review by a higher court may determine the outcome of your case at trial. In addition to full-scale trial services, we provide writ services to ensure a fair outcome in the trial court as well as appeal services if your case has already been decided at the trial court level.
In addition to criminal defense, we provide legal services in connection with a variety of issues, including personal injury and domestic/family cases. Our commitment to aggressive representation extends from pre-trial matters through the trial itself. No matter what type of legal issue you may face, our office is prepared to handle your case with the skill and attention it deserves.
